• Start a Sycamore account and complete the enrollment application form found here.

• If your family qualifies for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program voucher, visit sms.dpi.wi.gov/ChoiceParent/ to begin applying on February 3, 2026.
  Please note: Families must also submit a registration application to Bethlehem for school enrollment.
