Our History

Chartered in 1890, Bethlehem Lutheran Church is a congregation of some 1,500 baptized members who rejoice in our Lord's Great Commission to make disciples of all nations by baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the + Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded. We join with over 6,000 sister congregations throughout this nation to comprise The Lutheran Church — Missouri Synod.

Believing that quality Christian Education is essential to faith and life, Bethlehem we have offered Bethlehem Lutheran School throughout its history. We currently have150 children enrolled from 3K through 8th grade and are blessed to be a partner in ministry with Sheboygan Lutheran High School.
